I noticed his walk.
So free and confident.
So secure. So blithe.
Baffled and breathless, I
gazed at his walk. I
examined his walk. I
was entranced by his walk. I
was jealous of walk.
Soon those give way to
outrage, bitterness, self-pity.
And the cold fact that I
can never have his walk.
